Since 2016, Sharon has presented workshops at the Juvenile Justice Annual Conference at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee and Vanderbilt University Nashville. Tennessee sessions address critical issues like Disproportionate Minority Contact (DMC), juvenile justice, bullying, suicide, empowerment, and leadership, fostering impactful community engagement.
Additionally, the I AM INVISIBLE BULLYING AND SUICIDE team has conducted a leadership and empowerment workshop for the football team at Vanderbilt University, aiding student-athletes in their personal and professional development.
The team has also organized several youth-focused workshops, including creativity summer art workshops and outreach initiatives. These outreach workshops educate participants on community service by engaging them in projects such as creating mats for transitional communities.
